Recently I was watching a program about food intolerance and allergies. It turns out that if your diet does not have enough variety in it that you can actually develop an intolerance for the food. The intolerance can cause you to gain weight, or feel tired all of the time. There are other symptoms as well but these are the ones that I am experiencing. I have decided to get an ALCAT test done to see if that is actually what is happening to me. So I typed Alcat Orlando into the search engine to see if I could find a clinic that performed the test near me. It turns out that there is. I read through the information on the site and afterwards, I scheduled a test for myself. I am kind of looking forward to it. It will be nice to finally know what is the cause of my symptoms.
